Latest glimpses

WINDOWS & LIGHT
Taken in Darton (Yorkshire) beside a house I visit.

Fabulous window at the Red Lion Inn, Chesterfield.

Daylight and conkers, lovely

These two windows were taken whilst I was sat eating dinner, a meal out for my mum's 60th yesterday. Lovely meal, smashing company, good food/service... magical time with mother, Aunt Miranda, cousin Rachel.

Makes me want to write a story about stolen glimpses of time, corny title but that is what came to mind. happy belated birthday to your mummy. xo

Thanks all!

aims - conkers are horse chestnuts; as kids we'd pick, shell, thread a knotted string through them and basically hit each others conkers - it was actually a game of quite some skill - you may be able to google it!

djk - that sounds lovely, do it do it!!
